Hsing I Chuan is a formidable Chinese fighting art that has been battle-tested for over two centuries. It belongs to the family of internal martial arts such as Tai Chi Chuan, Ba Gua Zhang, Ba Pan Zhang, Hsin I Liu He Ba Fa Chuan, Hsin I Liu He Chuan, Tzu Jan Men, I Chuan, and Shao Chiou Tian Chuan. But compared to these, Hsing I Chuan may be considered to be one of the most well-documented and the easiest to learn for actual combat.
